1. General Terms of Service

Nanobit operates an e-commerce platform specializing in authentic tech hardware and accessories across Bangladesh. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into commercial transactions.

2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

We make every possible effort to display exact technical specifications, dimensions, transfer speeds, compatibility matrices, and imagery. However:

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and include applicable taxes unless specifically stated.
• We reserve the right to correct typographical or system pricing errors prior to order dispatch.
• Product packaging or cosmetic revisions by manufacturers may occur without prior notice, while technical specs remain identical.

3. Order Placement, Confirmation & Review

To ensure genuine customer placement and avoid courier return disruptions, all orders undergo an initial "Pending Confirmation" review stage:

• Upon order placement, an electronic receipt is generated with your unique Order ID.
• Our verification team may contact you via phone or SMS to confirm delivery address details prior to courier handover.
• Nanobit reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed, incomplete, or suspicious bulk reseller orders at our sole discretion.

4. Delivery, Shipping & Risk of Loss

Deliveries are completed within 24-48 hours inside Dhaka and 48-72 hours nationwide outside Dhaka. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is officially delivered and signed for at the designated shipping address.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Obligations

When selecting Cash on Delivery, the customer undertakes an obligation to pay the full invoice amount upon receiving the package from the delivery agent. Customers who deliberately refuse genuine orders without valid defect cause may be restricted from future COD privileges.

6. Warranty & 7-Day Replacement

All products carry our standard 7-day defect replacement guarantee in addition to official brand warranty periods. Full details and procedures are defined in our dedicated Return / Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Nanobit logo, design system, digital content, graphics, iconography, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Nanobit Bangladesh. Brand trademarks belonging to manufacturers (e.g., Samsung, Anker, Baseus, Ugreen) are the property of their respective owners and used solely for product identification.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nanobit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper hardware installation, incompatible third-party power adapters, or data loss. Customers are strongly advised to maintain regular data backups prior to SSD migration.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed and construed under the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
